70% capacity. That's what the average Polish biogas plant delivers. The rest is lost.
I train operators, investors and local governments to change that.
A 500 kW biogas plant is an investment of EUR 3-5 million. If it operates at 70% efficiency, the owner loses hundreds of thousands per year. The most common causes? Poorly selected feed recipes, lack of fermentation process monitoring, failures resulting from missing procedures, and undertrained operations staff.
I deliver training that combines process knowledge with operational practice. I don't theorize — I show what to do when fermentation destabilizes, substrate underperforms, or CHP loses efficiency.
How I work
Industry conferences
Keynotes and panels at major events in Poland and Europe. Topics: biomethane market, RES legislation, operational challenges of biogas plants, wastewater treatment.
Closed training
Dedicated programmes for biogas and biomethane plant operations teams. 1-3 days, on-site or online.
Workshops for local government
How municipalities can turn biowaste into energy. What you need to know before applying for co-financing.
Mentoring
Individual support for project managers leading biogas investments — from concept to commissioning.
Monthly subscription with access to ongoing consultations, operational reviews and process optimization. For owners who want an expert at their fingertips.
